We put significant time, expertise, intellectual property, and resources into every offer we create.

Because of the nature of our services, all purchases are final.

By completing a purchase with Straightup Collective, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:


1. No Refunds

Straightup Collective maintains a strict no-refund policy.

This applies to all products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Digital courses and downloads

  • Templates and resources

  • Workshops, masterclasses, and events (including virtual and in-person)

  • Coaching programs

  • Memberships and subscriptions

  • VIP days and intensives

  • Any payment plan or instalment agreement


Due to the immediate access to proprietary materials, digital content, and program frameworks, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are permitted under any circumstances.


2. Payment Plans

If you join a program or service using a payment plan:

  • You are 

  • You are responsible for completing all payments, regardless of your level of participation.

  • Payment plans are not subscription-based and therefore cannot be cancelled once you have agreed to them.


3. Program Commitment

By enrolling in any Straightup Collective offer, you acknowledge that:

  • Results require personal effort, action, and consistency.

  • We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes.

  • Your commitment to the process is essential for achieving results.

  • Lack of participation, personal circumstances, or a change of mind does not qualify for a refund.


4. Event Tickets

All event ticket purchases (in-person or online) are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend:

  • You may request to transfer your ticket to another person, subject to availability and approval.

  • Ticket transfers do not allow for date changes or future event credits unless stated otherwise.


5. Coaching & Services

Once purchased or booked:

  • Coaching programs, sessions, and services are non-refundable.

  • If you miss a session, it cannot be rescheduled unless your program terms explicitly allow it.

  • All intellectual property remains the property of Straightup Collective and cannot be shared, distributed, or repurposed.


6. Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider. Any attempt to do so will be treated as a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to:

  • Provide documentation to dispute the chargeback

  • Recover outstanding payments

  • Suspend or revoke access to products or services until the matter is resolved


7. Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. We comply with all legal obligations regarding faulty products or services not delivered as described.
